Project Manager, New York, NY
Manage and coordinate residential remodeling projects from conception stage through final
construction, under the supervision of a senior project manager. Analyze technical drawings,
blueprints and specifications to determine the possible approaches to construction and spot
difficulties that may arise. Visit site during the construction phase to monitor work and provide
assistance with the coordination of ongoing construction among different trades and other
construction workers and provide technical solutions to construction problems on site, for the
timely completion of the work. Monitor cost estimations, budgets and bids. Coordinate projects,
teams and subcontractors. Coordinate project construction meetings with subcontractors,
architects, engineers, other vendors and owner to discuss project status. Obtain all necessary
permits and ensure compliance with all building permit requirements.

Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Building Construction, Architecture,
or Civil Engineering;
2 years of experience as Technical Architect or Civil Engineer;
2 years of experience managing building construction or building maintenance projects;
2 years of experience conducting reviews with project teams on health, safety and environment
issues;
2 years of experience preparing drawings and estimations for projects using AutoCAD, MS
Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and MS Window.
