For over 35 years Steve Mark of SMI Construction Management Inc. has specialized in construction management of high-end residential and commercial projects in Manhattan, Westchester, the Greenwich area of Connecticut and Long Island. Completed projects range in size from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet with budgets as high as $35,000,000, and several can be made available for inspection upon your request. 

We operate from a 10,000 square foot warehouse, millwork shop, and office facility in the Bronx. This enables us to accumulate and prepare materials in advance of delivery and maintain a more orderly job site. Our project management staff works out of our East 78th Street office which is within walking distance of many of our projects.

Past and current projects include over 40 historic townhouse gut-renovations ranging in size up to 30,000 square feet including façade restoration and landscaping, over 150 apartments up to 15,000 square feet and several renovations and new homes from the ground up in Westchester, Connecticut and Long Island.
